However, for local deliveries within a 40 mile radius of Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, they will use their own delivery team. They offer free delivery on certain orders over a specified amount. They will aim to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible and following an order they will provide you with an estimated delivery time given by the manufacturer. They are unable to guarantee delivery times as these are only estimates from the manufacturers. Their customer service team will keep you up to date with the delivery progress if time estimates have previously been inaccurate.

Once you have received your Product(s) from Bedstar.co.uk you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return them. If you decide you do not want the good(s) delivered for what ever reason you may return them back to their warehouse. providing you have not used the goods and returned them back in the original packaging and free of defects then they will happily refund your money minus any shipping costs back to their warehouse. You may deliver the goods back to their warehouse for a full refund or if you would like them to arrange a collection a minimum collection charge of £50 Will be deducted from your credit card refund.
